甘油三酯酶法测定试剂盒
甘油三酯由甘油与脂肪酸酯化而成,是血脂的主要成分,也是机体重要的供能物质。高甘油三酯是临床常见的高脂血症,与多种疾病有关。除了血浆甘油三酯外,组织、细胞中的甘油三酯聚集增加,也与肥胖、脂肪肝、胰岛素抵抗、能量代谢异常等诸多病理过程密切相关。 实体组织和细胞的甘油三酯测定远比与血液甘油三酯测定复杂。试剂盒避免了有毒的氯仿甲醇提取、繁杂的氮气吹干和脂质复溶等步骤,采用高效能试剂进行裂解和甘油三酯抽提,以及优化的GPO Trinder酶学反应组分和操作步骤。简单易行,灵敏度高,线性范围20~2000 µmol/L。用于精确测量动物和植物的组织、细胞、以及固态食品材料、含高浓度油料样品中的甘油三酯。
